He has lived with AIDS for almost 3 decades and attributes this book to his great health and longevity. I found it to be easy to understand, with much of the medical stuff written for people like me. I used many of the recipes in the book and incorporated them into my diet and made many other healthful changes to my life. I really think it helped ease me through my treatments because I was in a more healthful state going into them. I highly recommend this book to anyone faced with an immune issue.
